EFT Sign Up

You may set up Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through your bank. This is a scheduled withdrawal from your bank account, usually on a monthly basis, with the amount and the time of the month designated by you. Your banking information is kept in strict confidence. It is easy to set up, easy to change and easy to maintain your charitable church giving.

*The initial set up requires you to complete the EFT form. You may complete this online by using the form below or you may download a PDF version to print. The Finance Office will need to have a voided check, deposit slip, or on line voided check on file. To authorize changes or special donations, email Lisa Sokolowski.
