Spiritual Response to Clergy Sexual Abuse Scandal

As a spiritual response, addressing the clergy sexual abuse scandal, Bishop Hanefeldt has directed all the parishes in the diocese to make the Prayer of St. Michael the Archangel available to be prayed at every Mass, and for a weekly hour of Eucharistic Adoration to offer prayer and penance for healing, conversion and reparation. The prayer of St. Michael is in our book holders along with the Canticle of Mary. After the 7:00 a.m. Friday Mass, St. James will have an hour of Eucharistic Adoration from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
