CPR Training

CPR training will be available on Saturday, February 23rd in the St. James Social Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This training will be taught by a certified trainer and is approved for medical certification renewal as well as for non-medical personnel. The CEC experience is a structured three-day weekend at Camp Comeca south of Cozad. The women's weekend is February 22-24 followed by a men's weekend March 29-31. Prince of Peace Parish Lenten Mission

Prince of Peace will be having a Parish Lenten Mission on Monday-Wednesday, March 18-20 from 7:00 -8:30pm each evening. Father James DiLuzio, a Paulist priest from New York will be offering his dramatic proclamation of the Gospel of Luke entitled Luke Live. Refreshments will be offered and child-care will be available. Fr. James will also be preaching at all Masses on March 16-17. Luke Live mission is family-friendly and fitting for ages 10 plus.   continue reading

First Reconciliation

First Reconciliation for 2nd graders will be Wed. Feb. 20th. Please bring your child to St. James at their usual class time. They will not go to K.C.H.S. at anytime. We ask that someone accompany and stay with the child during the Reconciliation Service.   continue reading

Jubilee Center Community Meals

Jubilee Center Community Meals: The Community Life Committee invites you to help provide and/or serve for the Thursday evening community meals sponsored by the Jubilee Center. They are currently serving between 70-80 people each Thursday. This year, St. James is responsible for the meals during the month of March.
