    Widows Coffee. A support group for widows of all ages will be the taking place on the first Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the Social Hall. We welcome all ladies to share their experiences and questions. We will help each other deal with the day-to-day challenges of our new status and together find ways to handle them to make our lives easier. Please come to share, whether it has been many years or a new experience. Coffee and refreshments will be offered. PreK-5th grade classes are 4:30 and 6:15 p.m. located at the Kearney Catholic High School; middle school time is 6:15 p.m. and high school is at 7:30 p.m., both located at St. James in the Parish Hall Confirmation also begins at 7:30 p.m. All are welcome, and late registrations are accepted.

    Just a reminder: If Kearney Public Schools cancel due to inclement weather, there will be no Religious Education classes that evening. Closings will be announced on local radio and TV stations or check weatherthreat.com for cancellation information.
